Hi, I’m Emma — the florist behind Linden Grove Floral.

After spending two years living in London, I came home wanting a more creative and hands-on career. Before floristry, I worked for years as a pharmacy technician and medical administrator, but I knew I wanted to build something that felt more meaningful and better suited to the creative side of me.

I grew up on a farm surrounded by gardening, flowers, and making things by hand, thanks to my mum and grandmothers. That’s where my love of flowers started.

Fast forward a couple of years I now run Linden Grove Floral from my home studio in Ōtautahi, Christchurch, creating floral designs for weddings and events. I work with seasonal flowers, source locally where possible, and sometimes include special varieties from my own garden that aren’t commercially grown in New Zealand — the finishing touch that makes an arrangement feel unique and personal.

My style is natural and considered, creating flowers that feel personal, intentional, and suited to the space they’re designed for.
